In February, Fiona and Brad had a beautiful wedding in what is normally the most most suitable & reliable weather period in Perth, perfect for weddings. Their special day fell in the middle of one of the worst bouts of weather Perth had experienced in recent times. While Februarys in Western Australia are normally hot and dry, this year was full of chilly, blustery days, with storms leading to floods, and rainfall records tumbling for the month of February! The setting was a blind date at Trigg Beach and they both quickly realised they were perfect for each other (read more of their story here). Bianca and Josh's wedding was such a pure and heartfelt celebration of real love. I am blessed with some of the most chilled-out brides, but Bianca was one of the sweetest and most relaxed brides I've had the privilege of working with. The girls got ready at Fraser Park Suites in East Perth. The whole room was buzzing with excitement when we got there. You could tell she had so much love for the people surrounding her on her big day, and instead of having an all-female bridal party, she threw tradition to the wind and asked her best friend to be her "Man of Honour". The boys had their own excitement...they spent the morning making some last-minute adjustments to a belt with a power drill.
