Dea & Chris | Ambrose Estate Wedding
Dea & Chris’ summer wedding started out as a windy, blustery morning and turned into a beautiful, sunny afternoon as the two became husband and wife. Their wedding was celebrated at Ambrose Estate, one of the most versatile wedding venues in Perth, and one of the few places you can get married near the city and still feel like you’re in the Australian bush. Because the weather was threatening to turn wet, their ceremony was moved from the Lakeside Gardens Pavilion to the deck overlooking the golf course. As Dea arrived to marry her man, the sun peeked through the clouds, the sky finally turned blue, and all their guests had a beautiful view of the grounds as they said their vows.
Mother nature must have been celebrating with them, because we had beautiful sunshine for the rest of the afternoon. Ambrose has some beautiful spots on site for wedding photos that make it look like you’re nowhere near the city. These two were so over the moon for each other and I had so much fun hanging out with them and their bridal party for the day. It’s not often you find two people who are so compatible together, and the fact that they found each other being from different parts of the world made their love even more special to capture.
The whole day was ethereal, sweet, and romantic, and perfectly suited to the two of them. Dea looked radiant as a bride that morning, but as a married woman, she was absolutely glowing. Their ceremony was elegantly styled by Traveling Jaspers, with lush floral centerpieces paired with natural timber and gold accents. Mr and Mrs. Cope had a beautiful evening celebrating with their closest, and kicked off the dance floor in style with an epic bridal waltz in a cloud of fog.
