Wedding Ceremony & Reception Location: The Vines Resort, Swan Valley Western Australia

Tamryn and Ryan were married on a beautiful Perth summer day at the Vines Resort in the Swan Valley. Their special day was full of laughter, warmth, and toddlers, and the couple could not stop beaming at each other the whole day. The two lovebirds met in high school and could not have found a more perfect match in each other. Their chemistry is obvious and they both have such fun, adventurous spirits that bring out the joy in each other.Their unplugged ceremony was held in the Vines’ new Garden Pavilion under a stunning floral arrangement by Chiara Anne Floral Couture, attached to an arbor by Turtle & The Pelican. They had a ceremony officiated by Stacey Morris that was meaningful to them, with nieces and nephews involved in the processional, and vows that brought everyone to tears. Mid-ceremony, Ryan’s two nephews decided they wanted in on all the action and pulled their chairs up next to the bridal party to watch.Tamryn looked stunning in soft curls by LK Hair Design and a sweetheart lace gown from Bridal by Aubrey Rose. Chiara Rose created a bouquet and hairpiece for Tamryn with a pop of colour that looked absolutely amazing on her. Her sweetheart, Ryan, looked pretty dapper to match in a suit and bowtie from Ed Harry Menswear. We took the bride and groom and their party out in a golf buggy convoy for their photoshoot, which was all done on-site at the Vines. The Swan Valley venue has such a wide variety of locations to choose from, which makes it one of my favourite venues to photograph weddings and one of the best locations in Perth to get married. It has tonnes of natural Australian landscapes and scenery, and we took them on a walk through the trees just as golden summer light was filtering through. Tamryn and Ryan were a blast to hang out with and never failed to make each other laugh, and we ended with just the two of them sharing a quiet moment in the vines before they headed off to their reception. We spent the rest of the evening in the Cabernet Room, which was decorated to perfection with bright pink and green florals, a central hanging greenery and lighting piece by White Fete Weddings, rustic timber chairs by Grandscene Wedding & Event Hire, and tonnes of little decorative pieces and personalised favours that the couple put a lot of thought and care into. The resort prepared a beautiful buffet for the wedding and the couple spent the rest of the evening eating, drinking, and celebrating with their closest friends and family.
