Emily & Neil Married | North Beach
Emily and Neil had a sweet little surprise wedding on the beach in front of their closest friends and family. Emily looked ravishing in a boho wedding dress with barefoot sandals and a flower crown by Saschi Floreat that sat on top of her loose curls...looking every bit the perfect beach bride.
I absolutely love being a photographer at beach weddings like this and Perth has tonnes of places for a newly engaged couple to have one of their own. There’s a special kind of romance and a casual, tranquil atmosphere that’s hard to get anywhere else, and combined with one of Perth’s famous sunsets, and you have a recipe for a truly Australian wedding.
Theirs was an intimate affair announced as a celebration of their engagement, where guests arrived to find a lovely little arbor set up in a private beach location near Trigg and joined them in a barefoot, chilled out ceremony at sunset. The wedding was also special for Emily and Neil as they had recently found out they were expecting their first child.
After the ceremony, I took the couple for a walk down the beach followed by a sunset photography session with just the two of them, and we rejoined the guests back at their house for a relaxed evening celebration and buffet provided by Creative Catering.
